This site has been created so I have a place to catalog the terminology related to needlecraft. I am new to this hobby and frequently, in the forums and groups I participate in, there are terms I have never seen before. There does not seem to be a single dedicated online repository to get a quick definition and, if you are lucky, an example. The information is all out there but I would like to bring it together into this dedicated wiki to help me with my projects and maybe it will help you too. I would like to cross-reference terms and link to informative sites and reference books that have been particularly helpful. I would be very happy to see others adding and expanding to the site, making it a true wiki.
